Refrigerant.co.uk is an information and introduction platform for refrigerant-related information, supplier options and air-conditioning service enquiries.
We do not sell refrigerant directly.
We do not carry out air-conditioning, refrigeration or engineering work.
We do not verify buyer eligibility for refrigerant purchases.
We do not guarantee supplier stock, pricing, delivery, certification decisions, workmanship, availability or technical advice.
2. Supplier links
This website may include links to independent refrigerant suppliers.
Supplier links are provided for convenience only.
Any refrigerant purchase, price, availability, delivery, cylinder terms, account setup, certification check or legal supply decision is handled directly by the supplier.
If you click a supplier link, you leave Refrigerant.co.uk and deal directly with that supplier.
We are not responsible for the content, pricing, stock, delivery, certification process, terms or actions of any third-party supplier.
3. F-gas and refrigerant compliance
F-gas refrigerants require correct certification for installation, servicing, maintenance, repair or recovery work.
Supplier checks are completed by the supplier before supply.
Refrigerant.co.uk does not carry out F-gas certification checks and does not decide whether a person or business is legally allowed to purchase or handle refrigerant.
Users are responsible for making sure they comply with all applicable laws, regulations, qualifications, safety requirements and supplier requirements.
4. Engineer enquiries
This website may allow users to submit enquiries for air-conditioning refrigerant services, including recharge, leak checks, refrigerant recovery and decommissioning.
Engineer enquiries may be routed to independent AC engineers.
Engineer services are currently intended for building air-conditioning systems in the North West of England only.
We do not currently handle car or vehicle air-conditioning regas enquiries.
Any quotation, inspection, diagnosis, site visit, service, repair, recovery, decommissioning, invoice, warranty or aftercare is handled directly by the independent engineer.
The customer contracts directly with the engineer, not with Refrigerant.co.uk.
5. Introducer-only status
Refrigerant.co.uk acts as an introducer only.
We may receive a referral fee, commission or other payment from an engineer, supplier or partner if an enquiry, click, lead or job is generated through the website.
Any such payment does not make Refrigerant.co.uk the supplier, contractor, engineer or seller.

The information on this website is provided for general guidance only.
It is not legal, technical, safety, engineering or compliance advice.
Although we try to keep information accurate and up to date, we do not guarantee that all information is complete, current or suitable for your specific circumstances.
